FULL TIME!
Work on a key campus in Wisconsin to build organizations that engage students, provide value to young people, mobilize voters to turnout for the 2024 elections, and build massive teams. We will start hiring our first wave ASAP, with additional hiring opportunities through November 2024. This is not a conventional organizing position. You will be asked to think outside the box, and be gritty-as-hell to build a startup that empowers young people for many elections to come. This position will be based at one of Wisconsin’s universities and requires a significant amount of in-person work.
PAID STUDENT FELLOWSHIP!
Work with the organizer on your campus to build a movement on campus ahead of the 2024 elections. This is an excellent opportunity to get an inside look at how campaigns work, while contributing to turnout for critical elections in 2024. Fellows will spend 15 hours a week mobilizing on their campus by doing everything from leading events and volunteer recruitment to talking to students about the importance of the upcoming elections for issues like reproductive rights, climate change, democracy, and economic justice.

Fellows will work with the Creative Director to support Campus Organizers in their work to build a movement on campus to mobilize students to turnout for Wisconsin’s 2024 elections. You will design merchandise (stickers, posters, and more) that will be seen across campus and help build on and expand The Wisco Project brand across WI campuses. This is an excellent opportunity to get an inside look at how campaigns work, while contributing to turnout for critical elections in 2024. The Design Fellow will spend 15 hours a week mainly working with the Creative Director to brainstorm and create designs for us to use in our statewide campus voter mobilization efforts.

Our Tik Tok fellow will work with our Creative Director and Organizers in their region to film and edit short-form creative videos that will help mobilize students to turnout for Wisconsin’s 2024 elections. This is an excellent opportunity to get an inside look at how campaigns work and gain pivotal experience in crafting content that emphasizes key messages. Fellows will spend 15 hours a week mobilizing on their campus by filming, editing, developing concepts, and talking to students about the importance of the upcoming elections for issues like reproductive rights, climate change, democracy, and economic justice.

Our Data fellow will work with our Data Director and Organizers to ensure our data systems are operating correctly and fully up to date to allow us to effectively mobilize students to vote in 2024. This is an excellent opportunity to get an inside look at how campaigns work and gain hands on experience with data. Fellows will spend 15 hours a week inputting data, updating data systems, and ensuring data is being recorded accurately and promptly.

The GOTV Director will use independent discretion and judgment to lead program planning for Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts across over 30 college campuses statewide; support the Operations department with logistics needs, supply procurement, and other priorities as needed; and work closely with the Data department to set goals and build accountability systems for the Organizing staff using metrics.
